StageOS provides profile management, booking, media, and insider beta preregistration features for artists, DJs, and related music industry users. This page explains what information StageOS collects, how it is used, and what public visibility applies while the platform is in limited beta release.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, username, and password hash.
- Profile and EPK content that you enter, upload, or connect, including biographies, links, images, videos, and downloadable media.
- Preregistration details submitted for insider beta access.
- Operational data such as login activity, moderation states, malware scan results, and service logs used to secure and improve the platform.
- Payment and subscription data where paid features are used, including payment-provider identifiers and billing event records.
How we use your information

Public visibility
During the current limited beta phase, public access may be restricted to selected public-facing pages and featured profiles. Information marked as public by StageOS or by an approved account holder may be visible to site visitors. Private account, management, moderation, and internal workflow screens are not intended for public access.

StageOS uses third-party providers to support certain features, which may include payment processing, media storage, content moderation, malware scanning, mapping, and email delivery. Those providers may process limited data as needed to perform their services.
